We’re Auke and Chantal. Here in Sankt Martin am Tennengebirge, we found our dream place: a small hotel surrounded by the mountains we love.
Now we get to share it with you. Together with our dog Kubo, we welcome you to Alpenhof — a place to arrive, exhale and feel at home.

We’re not a big hotel, and that’s exactly how we like it. For us, hospitality starts with a conversation: hearing about your day, sharing our favourite walks and helping you feel at home.
Whether you come for quiet mornings or days full of adventure, we want Alpenhof to be somewhere you enjoy coming back to.

Start your morning with our breakfast buffet, eggs prepared to order and a cup of coffee. Take your time — the day is yours.
Time to unwind.
After a day outdoors, you can enjoy the Finnish sauna, settle into the relaxation area, or keep the evening simple with a drink and a conversation. The shared lounge is also there for a book, a game or some television. Ask us about the current wellness arrangements before your stay.

Kubo is part of our everyday life at Alpenhof. As dog owners ourselves, we know how lovely it is to share a holiday with your four-legged companion.
We have a dog shower for muddy paws, welcome treats on arrival and direct access to nearby walking trails.
We welcome dogs in selected rooms. Tell us a little about yours before you book, and we’ll help you find a suitable room and talk through the arrangements together.

Our home is Sankt Martin am Tennengebirge, in SalzburgerLand, between the Tennengebirge and Dachstein mountains. From summer walks to winter days in the snow, there’s so much to enjoy around us.
